Shedding is inherent to any handmade shaggy rug and occurs primarily within the first 3-6 months. Vacuum regularly on a low-power setting to prevent debris from settling into roots of the fibres. For best results, vacuum from different directions, making several passes over the area.

• Keep away from abrasive cleaners, sharp objects, open fireplace, direct heat or sunlight.
• Do not pull loose ends, trim with scissors instead.
• It is normal for handmade rugs to shed on the first use. Shedding will reduce over time.
