All sales orders submitted online are subjected to MYSA LIVING.'s acceptance.
Sales order acceptance and completion of the purchase will take place once the order has been dispatched. Until that time, MYSA LIVING. reserves the right to reject the Sales Order. Once the online purchase has been made, our customer service associates will contact you regarding delivery. MYSA LIVING. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the obligation to fulfill any sales order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a sales order is confirmed and paid for by the customer, with or without notice.
MYSA LIVING. shall not be liable for such termination or cancellation. In such an event, a full credit refund will be made to the customer.
All prices quoted are inclusive of goods and service tax, unless otherwise stated. Payment made through the website shall only be through credit card payment unless otherwise stated.
Voucher codes can be utilized for online purchases and will be issued with their own set of conditions which are specific to each version of the code.
All online and in-store purchases made are subject to the same warranty, exchange and return policies
The customer is responsible to check against the invoice at the point of sale to ensure that there are no discrepancies to the order. MYSA LIVING. will not be obliged to fulfill the order should there be any discrepancies once the delivery order is signed. However, the cancellation policy can still be applied if applicable.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no fees incurred. All cancellation requests must be emailed to mysaliving@gmail.com.
All cancellation requests received after 48 hours will be subjected to the following cancellation fees for regular priced items:

Should you wish to return an item, you can do so within 100 days from the date of delivery with a chargeable fee. Click here for the respective charges.
Please note that the delivery fee is strictly non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted if the condition is deemed in our reasonable opinion, not limiting, the item is no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse or due to abnormal usage and such.

The refund will be processed in 100 days from the date of collection and credited back through the original mode of payment by 7 days. MYSA LIVING. reserves the right to change the mode of refund.
We regret that we strictly will not accept any returns after 100 days from the date of delivery.
The management of MYSA LIVING. will extend sales/promotions at their own discretion and we regret that we will not be able to extend the same sale discount/promotion to past orders or extend it after the promotion ends.
